There are three things that could happen when Yasopp and Usopp meet and they’re all terrible.

1) Talk about his wife like she’s still alive. Terrible, she’s been dead for 10+ years, he never checked on her once.

2) Know his wife is dead. Terrible, never went back to his lonely son or search for Usopp when he entered the Grand Line.

3) Not bring up his wife at all. Terrible, he abandoned her to raise their son alone without regret.
