More details on why the printing process of "Sun-filled" is so slow (it feels horrible making you all wait so long without knowing the reasons, we are really sorry about this). We are printing the MHA fanbook at a printing company in China(we know this place has good quality because we have purchased some art products from artists who printed their goods at this company). We can't find a printing company with equal quality and pricing that does not require a printing license in our place, plus the shipping fee would be much higher because we don't have the suitable light-weight paper if we print here. We have started the test-printing even during the pre-order period, but everytime we need to fix the file, it took a long time for their side to answer(about a few weeks to a month everytime). Their replies are even slower or no replies at all during the time when there were major conventions or long holidays in China(happened 4 times already). Small reminder: they are not scamming us or anything, they are just extremely slow in responding, and they probably prioritize some other orders before us. This is why we haven't gotten a clear answer on how long it will take until we receive the finished products. We are really sorry for causing you all this much trouble; we will post an update as soon as possible. This is a lesson learned and we will plan more efficiently should there be a next time!
