One of the most important places to visit when visiting Jaipur is the City Palace. The City Palace is a sprawling complex that was built in the seventeenth century and was originally designed to serve as a mini township, with housing for royalty, commercial complexes, small gardens, offices, and other important buildings.

Built between 1729 and 1732, the City Palace has been carefully preserved and has many spectacular features including courtyards, carved columns, and majestic balconies.
