I like to think that some time during White Clouds, Byleth gets Rhea to hold a seminar for their class.

Rhea gives a lecture on faith or brawling or something and then asks if anyone has any questions or comments at the end. When no one raises their hand, Rhea says, "Come now, there are no stupid questions. You can tell me anything."

Edelgard raises her hand and says, "Really? Anything? Without fear of punishment or retribution?"

Rhea, though a little confused, agrees wholeheartedly.

Edelgard turns to Rhea and without missing a beat says, "Fuck. You."

No one has ever seen Professor Byleth laugh so hard.

Byleth laughs so hard she falls out of her chair. Jaws in the desks before them. Caspar grips both sides of his head and utters a terrified: “Holy shit”

Hubert is ride or die with Edelgard but he’s giving her a look that screams, “What the hell are you thinking?!?”

Rhea stalks over and stands right before Edelgard. Her placid and kindhearted expression is gone, replaced with a glare as cold as ice and as sharp as a steel blade. She raises an eyebrow as she holds the Princess’s gaze. Edelgard doesn’t flinch. She doesn’t blink. She doesn’t breathe.

“What did you say, child?” Rhea demands dangerously.

Once again, without missing a beat, Edelgard digs herself deeper: “Did I stutter?”
