hello! im mickey /mouse (they/them) and i am an artist!

i draw a lot of stuff like fanart and ocs

BEFORE YOU ASK

here's a sort of guideline on using my ask box

  • you can tell me any of your hcs/ideas about a fandom i am in or any subject at all (if i'm not familiar with it, i probably won't answer, but sharing ur thoughts wont hurt either of us regardless. i love talking and learning new things)
  • you can ask me a question about anything, but keep in mind that other people may see it.
  • if you want me to draw the thing you're telling me about, please don't ask if i can draw it. you can simply tell me about it and, if the inspiration strikes, i may draw it

↳ if you ask me to draw smth, anything, i will most likely not do it unless you pay me.

i have a need for independence and whenever someone asks me to do smth i need to do the opposite.

these are my boundaries. i don't owe you anything. if i like your idea enough to draw it i will. if not, i won't. this isn't to reprimand or anything, don't feel bad if you've asked, just please don't do it again. :)

right now, i am really into WICKED, INTERVIEW WITH THE VAMPIRE, NEVERMORE (the webcomic) and ARCANE

i use this watercolour brush

and specifically w this brush its not rlly opaque so i layer a lot and use many different colours when layering so ig thats how theyre vibrant but otherwise idrk how to explain my colour choices bc i dont think it thru v much

encouraging discussion abt stuff like this is good cuz a lot of ppl dont think or talk abt it

and i always thing fostering open conversation and thinking through things helps make my art better
