WE GET WHAT WE DESERVE, DON'T WE?

So I'm having thoughts.

So Sol as an origin soul is already kinda tiers above most people within the multiverse, let alone the backyard science experiment with souls Deity has turned her into.

My father, who is fairly religious, has told me he believes that gods and demigods from mythology are all just like. Nephilim and other folks descended from angels and that kind of divinity.

What if there were other Origin souls who either got out of their Origin worlds, or were kicked out without the result of death? What if they essentially became gods by the reputation of being unaging and powerful?

Solita is only the exception to this, as she's tied to Deity. Not only in constant proximity to a creator deity who is probably always oozing with power that she inadvertently soaked up, but also her ties as an Origin soul, and to the many worlds she's walked through, she's got like. Genuine potential that's held back by a floodwater gate that's ready to break.

but yes.

Maybe there are more Origins around, or have passed on parts of themselves to kids similar to the way that (apparently) some people believe certain mythologies are actually descended from the Abrahamic angels and Nephilim.

It’s hard to entirely describe how the multiverse works for my lore LMAO.

So there’s several original worlds, and they kinda uphold reality. Each one has it’s own creator. Sol’s original world is one of them, which was created by Deity. Original worlds are basically cut off from the multiverse, nothing can leave and nothing can enter. In Sol’s case, because she died in the Origin world, it gave Deity the opportunity to drag that soul out of the Origin world, but also she can never return to it. Deity cannot enter the world they created due to being essentially overthrown, and supposedly dead. They only managed to escape alive by shattering themselves.

The splitting of worlds, creating the multiverse, was the unintended side effect to the creation of the original worlds. The creators are not interested in the worlds that split.

With each split, the connection to the original world gets muddled. Things change little by little, until one is unrecognizable from the place it started. Souls from worlds that split aren’t going to pull very hard at an alternate self because of how removed they really are from each other. However, an Origin is going to violently pull at souls from the splits because all splits are direct results of them.

Sometimes worlds cross and mix, creating something new or only changing small things.

Sometimes, those within splits can unintentionally create a new world, even if they aren’t aware of it. Some of those people may go on to tell stories about those worlds they thought only existed in their imagination. Other times, worlds may brush against one another, and sometimes, one may dream about the other. Visions of the future, just not their future.

In the multiverse, Deity is a creator of an “original” world. It does not branch off from anything else, and is something purely of their creation. There are several other “original” worlds, each with their own creator. Those creators do not interact with the worlds outside of those base worlds, nor do they really bother with each other. Those who are not from the original worlds cannot enter them, and if they aren’t the creators themselves, if they leave they will not be able to re-enter them.

There can be smaller versions of original worlds, creations by those who are unaware of them. They act in similar matters to true original worlds.

Original worlds can be a bit unstable at times, and the people within even moreso. Especially if an orignal soul is somehow taken from an original world, without something to anchor it, they can be awfully erratic. In Solita’s case, she has two things. Her original creator, and another soul in which her own was tethered to for Deity’s benefit.

Time moves much slower in original worlds, and the further a branch in the multiverse strays from the origin, it will speed up. Usually people moving from world to world would adjust in the same manner, but with an original, it’s almost impossible to change without being the one who made it in the first place. An original will affect something, rather than be the one affected.
