⏩ Don’t Start A Business To Sell Your Products or Services and Expect Customers To Patronize You If You’re Not Ready/Willing To Have A Marketing, Advertising & Promotions Campaign Done or You Will Be “Out Of Business!“⏪

*For the past 18 months or so I’ve made it my personal mission to pay attention to new open (small) businesses and kiosks in malls and shopping centers. I walk by them just to see if they have customers, if the people working there are personable/attentive or playing on their phones and not being interactive to the potential clients/customers walking by.☆ 

**More times than not, these places have "No” customers, the people working or selling their products and services are “Not” engaged to their potential clients/customers walking by them and also they are more involved with their cell phones and social media than “Would Be” possible buyers.☆☆ 

***In other words… their customer service skills SUCK!!! I really do believe that people think that just because they have spent their hard earned money to open their business or kiosk that the hard part is over. They actually believe that posting their location on their Facebook page or Instagram will bring them a plethora of business. Uh…. WRONG!☆☆☆ 

****Let me break this news to you. “LIKES” & “COMMENTS” on Facebook and “LOVES” & “COMMENTS” on Instagram from friends and family members “Will Not” provide your business/kiosk the financial business gain your business/kiosk will need to move inventory and stay in business.☆☆☆☆ 

*****Social Media Love is just that…. Empty! It does not equate to a foundation of business longevity. You must do more to make your business/kiosk Visible, Viable, Vibrant & Valuable to the consumer. That’s why it’s imperative not to start a business to sell your products and/or services and expect customers to patronize you, you must advertise away from your own social media platform to be visible to the world, not just locally. Also your customer service skills must improve. Show some pride in yourself and your products or services.☆☆☆☆☆ 

******To make this long story short, I go back to these places and more times than not, those businesses and kiosks are closed/shut down/gone/Out of Business! It’s a trend that will continue to happen more and more if you don’t understand this basic rule about business. Do Not Open/Start A Business if you Do Not have an advertising budget. Also build a relationship/partnership with a radio network/print news or entertainment publication and/or TV or internet blog or broadcast network. These platforms will get your message out to the world and that’s what you need. 🌏🌎🌍 ☆☆☆☆☆☆

*******The saying has always been…. “It takes money ~ to make money!” That’s 100% true! It also takes; business relationships and partnerships, exquisite customer service and the ability to stay off of social media while you’re working at your business/kiosk selling your products and services.☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ 

********In short, don’t be one of the countless number of businesses and kiosks that I’ve noticed over the last 16 months that were “Here Today and Gone Tomorrow!” Be better than that. ✔️ ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
