One month immersion
SvahaYoga Sadhana Series. Pre-TTC 70 hours one month intensive.
The Svaha Yoga Sadhana Series one month intensive is a prerequisite to join the Svaha Yoga 500+ hrs teacher training that will start October 2023.
This month intensive is also open for students who do not desire to join the 500+ hours Svaha Yoga TTC, and is open for students of all levels who want to deepen their practise and understanding of Yoga. In this one month intensive you will learn all 4 different Svaha Yoga Sadhana signature series.
These Sadhana series are each 60 minutes and have four different
focuses.
Forward bends, twists, backbends and balances.
The Sadhana series are a good foundation for:
Bringing structure to your Self practice, and understanding the art
of sequencing.
In this intensive you will learn:
To add postures to the 4 Sadhana Series
Restorative postures you can use.
How to make adaptations on various postures and different ways of
how to practise the Asanas. You will also learn the use of belts,
bolsters, blocks and the wall.
The program also includes:
Discussion of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras
Learning Sanskrit naturally by chanting the Yoga Sutras
Pranayama
Meditation
In this one month intensive you are required to take three classes a
week with the teachers of the Pre-TTC Patrick & Gösta.
It is allowed and recommended to have one class daily with your
unlimited one month membership.
We offer you a cocktail that will leave you energised and disciplined after one month of regular Yoga practice.
If you want to join the SvahaYoga 500 hr TT program, this one
month intensive has to be completed successfully.
The Pre-TTC certificate is valid for 18 months to enrol into the
500hr TTC program.
