Between Us Episode 12 Commentary and Review
Everybody and their mother has done a review, but I feel like I have to see this to the end.
I love that he is taking Mr. Broccoli man with him! There are so cute and sweet, but I enjoy that they kept the nagging element. It's just who they are. It's a more settled in and playful Brat Tamer and brat relationship. And I'm here for it!
OMG, Win and his brothers are my favorite thing. I love how he knew Team was going to say yest to his brother's request. He overrode that so fast. As soon as Win used that commanding tone of voice, the two brats pouted but didn't argue. I absolutely adore the overdramatic little brother.
Damn, but that hotel is nice. We're seeing a lot more communication between Win and Team now that Win realized there had been a communication issue. The graveside was hard. I was prepared to beat a bitch if she kept on, but she didn't. We saw a lot of growth and it felt real. It didn't feel forced, it was good closure. And yeah, I cried.
Win working against his brother is the best thing ever. Eyebrows being dragged off my security while the "hotel owner" is smiling at him, was some funny ass shit. The way Waan turns to get onto Win, but you can clearly see who the Dom is. Because Win is like, who, are you kidding.
Then the bedroom. OMG, that was sweet and hot. Makes me want to see the actors in something else. Not gonna lie. All I could think was that it runs in the family. The way he was throwing eyebrows around. And he was good with he, he laid back and smiled. Please ravish me. But I'm gonna say it... Cause I got to say it. Did anyone else feel it was weird to not start off with a kiss? Throwing clothes off and then kissing everywhere but the lips? It didn't sync right with me. I mean, I still watched it three times, but I'm just saying.
Dinner was so fucking cute with the two couples! Once again we see commanding Win and you know what Waan obeyed. Can't be helped. Win is so clearly a Dom. Team pushing his luck and kissing Win on the lips during the product placement. He was lucky he wasn't pushed down on the sand. Beach sex is not all it's cracked up to be, though, so I'm glad they didn't go there.
The sweetness and cuteness! Then the hilariously of the sub trio. This was a wonderful balance. In previous episodes it felt like the timing was off, but not this episode. Even the way they sequenced into the swimming and awards. I loved the way he kept looking at Win, but it was also a special moment with his swim team friends. They did an amazing job of rounding and balancing things out.
We get super cute closer with ALL the characters. No loose ends, unlike Until We Meet Again. The ending is perfect because it always seemed odd that they didn't race. The swim team brought them together. It's special in its own right.
I got to admit, though. I'm curious about who proposes.
Well that's it guys. I hope you enjoyed this journey as much as me. Thank you for joining me on it. 💜💜💜
