Students must acquire 50% aggregate marks in their final year of graduation. There is a 5% relaxation for SC, ST, OBC and other minority students. The cut-off for B Ed admission can vary from one institute (state) to another.  

There is no upper age limit for enrolling for the Bachelor in Education courses. But some institutes may set a lower age limit to give admission in the programme. The lower age limit is 19 years old for getting into the course.
