Rules
@/aphasiaweek-archive’s Rule Post
- Follow this blog.
- Tag your content with #hwsasiaweek. Feel free to @ me in your post as well, but you must use the official tag.
- Read everything below about what I will not reblog, OCs, ships, and trigger tags.
- Drop an ask with anything you’re not sure about!
Banned Content (Not Allowed and Will Not Be Reblogged)
I will not reblog culturally or politically offensive topics (e.g. Nanjing Massacre with relation to Nichu, Hong Kong protests, etc.). Please be sensitive and use common sense when deciding what real life events you can and cannot use to make content.
If I see you blatantly whitewashing people (esp. Thailand, Vietnam, India, any of the SE Asians), I will send you an ask or message bringing attention to the issue. If you correct it, I will reblog. If you’re a colorist or try to start a flame war with me, I will not reblog.
NS//FW works are banned and will not be reblogged.
OCs
OCs are accepted, as well as content of Asian countries that Himaruya has only done sketches of.
I will also allow content of region/state/nationality/etc. based OCs as long as you are being respectful.
I will tag any works with OCs as “other people’s ocs”.
Ships
Ships are allowed; however if you’re just using ship content that includes an Asian character as an excuse to make Eurocentric/Americentric content, I will not reblog your work.
I would also prefer if you focused on the Asian character in the ship since this is an event dedicated to the Hetalia Asians. However this is not a requirement.
In the case of a ship involving Asian characters only, all of the above is null and void.
All ships will be tagged with their most popular ship name (Nichu, Ameripan, TaiViet, etc.). I will not accept people saying “this ship is incest because the Asians are all related!!” and the like.
Triggering Works
I will accept body horror, gore, abuse, other potential triggers, etc. All triggers will be tagged with “tw _______”; drop an ask or message if you’d like something to be tagged, or if you’re wondering if x, y, and z will be allowed.
If there is something I did not state here that you’d like to know, drop an ask or take a look at the FAQ.
