Lando suppresses a scoff. He looks at the way your face lights up because of the cheap compliment from Pierre. He can’t help himself and lets out a soft sigh. How are you falling for this? A compliment like this is the bare minimum. If it was him that would give you a compliment, he would have gone for the word beautiful, or stunning maybe. The way you look this evening is stunning after all. But Lando keeps his mouth shut, he knows better then to give you a compliment. You probably won’t believe him if he did.
