Ever since you joined the crew, something has noticeably shifted within him. Being around you makes his heart beat rapidly; palms sweaty as he wrestles between running away and pulling you closer. You drive him crazy in the absolute best ways, and he comes to the realization that he’s down bad for you. Little does he know, you’ve got it just as bad. The complications of a crewmate romance are enough to hold the both of you back, but that doesn’t stop the longing stares or yearning that pulls tight in your chests. When the opportunity presents itself to turn this pining into something more, will the two of you get the chance to show how you truly feel about one another?
Welcome to my 2023 Valentine’s Day Event, Try Not to Smooch Your Crewmate!
Here are the details:
- This is a sfw/fluff event with just a little bit of romantic tension.
- All scenarios will be written with a gn!reader in mind.
- “Voting” - Before each round, there will be a voting window where non-anonymous users can assign a candy heart(s) to a character(s). Users can only vote one time, but can assign hearts to as many characters as there are available. All anonymous votes will be deleted.
- Candy Hearts - These are the mystery prompts that will be posted with each round/voting window. Each heart contains a secret “reason to kiss” prompt and a “kiss/no kiss” result. These will be assigned to characters with each voting window and will be shuffled/removed with each round/voting window.
- Rounds/Eliminations - With each round, I will write scenarios with the available characters based on the prompts they are assigned when all votes are tallied from the voting window. A character that receives a “kiss” result in their scenario will be eliminated and will not move on to the next round. Characters that receive a “no kiss” result in their scenario will continue on to the next round to receive a second/third chance scenario. Here’s a break down of the rounds:
Round One: 12 characters + 12 prompts. 6 eliminated. 6 continue to next round.
Round Two: 6 characters + 6 prompts. 3 eliminated. 3 continue to next round.
Round Three: 3 characters + 3 prompts. 2 eliminated. 1 winner.
Bonus Round: ???
- Winner - The character that is left standing after all rounds will receive a mini box opening in their honor! More details on this mini box opening will come when the “winner” is announced.
