Anakin has never had much luck when it came to fighting with Ventress. Even had the scar to prove it, a scar which you jokingly liked to kiss “for good luck” before you went on missions together. It was a ritual now, really, where Anakin’s eyelids would flutter shut and without asking, he’d feel the soft brush of your lips on his skin. Sweet, and entirely platonic.
