Grinding & Polishing of Cummins and Caterpillar

Crankshaft repairs up to 700 mm in diameter for the main journal and crankpin is done on-site by RA Power Solutions. We know that auxiliary engines with medium to high RPMs, which make the engine compact, are found in Caterpillar, Cummins, Daihatsu, Yanmar, and other vehicles. In the course of our ongoing research, we were able to create a small, portable crankshaft grinding equipment that can do the grinding and polishing of Cummins and Caterpillar engine crankshafts without removing them from the engine block. It takes a specifically made in situ crankshaft grinding equipment that is small enough to be placed via the engine's inspection window to grind the crankshaft of Caterpillar and Cummins engines.
