What were  you  like  in high school?

I hated high school. I went to a boarding school for high school. It was in the middle of nowhere. I got to know everyone at the school pretty quickly and became bored. Because the school was so isolated, there was very little opportunity to go anywhere and meet new people. It was one of the worst times in my life. Yet, for some reason, everyone liked me. Maybe it was because I'm so nice, kind and charming. I certainly was not part of the "in" crowd

What is your  greatest  fear? What do you  do to address it?

My greatest fear is losing control of my finances. I address this fear by really clamping down on my spending, and only buying things I need

Was  there a time in your life where you felt you hit  rock bottom? What was the  situation  behind  it?

I'd say it was when I was in high school, which I was already hating, and then my father, my last living parent, passed away. I was an orphan, biologically speaking, at that point. Yeah, my stepmother became my legal guardian, but still the biological orphan feeling persisted. I was also so far away from home when my father passed, and I felt bad for not being there with him. I was able to get lots of counseling, though, for this situation, and have healed

Where  would  you  put yourself  on the social spectrum, and why?

A lot of people call me an extrovert, but I can come across as shy sometimes, when I'm trying to mentally process a person or object. I'm so fixated on that, you would have to talk to me first. I would not start the conversation in those cases. So, for where I'm at socially, I'm going with ambivert

What are some things that really bother you?

Well, if I didn't already mention it in the school situation-it really bothers me when I have no opportunities to meet new people. Cruel people and dishonest people bother me a lot too. Also, being required to do things I consider to be meaningless or irrelevant

What,  would you say, are your biggest strengths?

I'm really nice and kind, warm and friendly. I love everyone, unconditionally and boldly. I am highly empathetic, and I am very honest. I am an open book. Everyone knows what I'm thinking and feeling all the time, because I'm very vocal about things, and even when I'm not, it's still plenty obvious how I'm thinking and feeling, through things like my tone of voice and my body language. Also, I am very good at relieving tension in tense situations

What,  would you say,  are your  biggest  weaknesses?

I tend to give up on things too easily. Therefore, I need lots of encouraging people in my life to keep me going. I'm also a poor planner and highly disorganized, so I come across to people a lot of times as undependable and unreliable. I need help in this area

When  you  switch  your  attitude between  introverted  and  extroverted,  or vise versa,  what are  you  like?

When I'm introverted, I become highly suspicious of people and things, and question and test them. I also have a tendency to be more critical and complain a lot

What was the hardest  thing  you  ever had  to  do? Why was  it  so  hard?

The hardest thing I ever had to do was go to the high school- need I say more? Having no opportunities to meet new people, and the irrelevant courses, made it hard

What are you  like  when  you're  sad?

I start crying on the inside. I try to keep it on the inside when I'm in front of people, but sometimes I just can't

How masculine/feminine  do  you  feel  in relation  to others  of your  gender?

I'm highly involved in fitness and sports, one *good* thing that came out of my high school experience, so I would say I'm a little bit more masculine than most men

Here's  4 focuses  you can have in  life: tasks, people,  objects and ideas.  Which one would  be  your  primary focus and why? Which one  would be your  secondary  focus  and why?

My primary focus is objects, for sure. I fixate on them. I study them. I use them to do all kinds of things. I'd say my second is people. I love to study people and get to know them as well, but as I mentioned earlier, often objects distract me from people. So yeah, I'd say objects first, then people

What do you  do to have fun?

To have fun, I have to be engaged in some kind of activity. I'm not one to just sit on a beach or something. No. I've got to be moving around

What was  the  nicest thing you ever  did  for  someone,  and why did  you  do  it?

I had a friend named Rob in high school, who decided after high school that he no longer wanted to be my friend. He ended up befriending someone who was breaking the law. When that person got arrested, Rob was with him and got arrested too. Rob could not afford his bail to get out of jail. Although I knew he no longer wanted to be my friend, which was so sad for me, I still created an online fundraiser to raise his bail money. I asked a bunch of people who knew both of us to contribute. We were successful in helping Rob post bail

Thanks, Peter, for sharing with us. We appreciate it
