Hello! Love your blog! Since you've likely browsed through so many weird concept cars, do you - or, maybe, your followers - know what this might be? It was posted by @ lookcaitlin from an archive dot org link. Have found no results for cars around this period (~1989) - the article is about the navigation systems, (no results for those, either) but makes no mention of what this is. Looked for related concepts, specific automakers, through various years, and, still, coming up empty. Could be a proof of concept scale model? Or otherwise non-functional mockup? Either way it's an interesting piece of design!
