This is my official announcement that my single “In the black.” is now out for streaming on all platforms! 🌲🐺🪕

Thank you all so much for getting the song to 3k streams within the first few days of the song being out! That’s honestly incredible and I really hope you’ve all enjoyed the song. I’m so excited to release some more music in the not so distant future.

So… guess what? 🪕🐺🌲

I’m releasing my first single in over a year on all platforms December 10th. “In the black.” Is now available to pre-save, just click the link tagged below to do so!

This song is really special to me, and I’m so excited to share the full thing with all of you. I’m finally ready to get back into the music/musical scene and create art again. It’s been a long and rough journey, but with the encouragement and support of my friends, i’m back!

This one is called “In the Black”

TW: Mentions of manipulation, cults, and abuse.

If you don’t know, I’m working on an album called “This Isn’t Home” that I hope to release in November with all of the songs I’ve written about my experiences with Averno. If you don’t know what Averno is or what happened to me and my friends, I suggest reading the doc linked in the bio of @exverno on instagram, but long story short, my friends and I were manipulated into joining a cult. We were used for our work and were manipulated and abused for the sake of content and to make the leader feel powerful. I finally want to share the art I made during and after that time in my life to hopefully help others cope with and understand their own feelings about whatever they might have gone through or might be going through in their lives. I just want to let you all know that you are not alone, your feelings are valid, and you’re not crazy. You deserve kindness, love, healthy relationships, and respect of your boundaries. Please, never settle for less than that. Much love to every single person who has supported me before during or after Averno. I finally found a therapist to work through all of the damage, so I feel like now is a better time than ever. I’m proud to finally start making art for me again after more than a year of recovery.
